You Didnt Make It To The Gym?

Honestly, it’s not the end of the world if you didn’t have time to make it to the gym. Who ever told you that the only way to work out and stay in shape was by going to the gym is lying their ass off to you. Either that, or they just don’t realize that there are many other ways to stay in shape. 

Go out and get some fresh air. Especially if you live in a region where you experience multiple seasons and it’s just beginning to get nicer, out. Put some shorts on, throw a t-shirt on and go for a walk. Go for a bike ride. Go for a run. Play some basketball. Frisbee is pretty exciting. Maybe even horse-shoes. You don’t have to go to the gym. Just work on keeping yourself active for a little bit. 

We could go into great depth about the fact that you don’t want to overdo yourself so you shouldn’t be doubling up and going to the gym on top of pretty demanding extra curricular activities. You have to feed yourself two to three times as much. We will skip that for a different post though. 

The point is, don’t stress yourself out about not going to the gym every single time you feel like doing something to keep your body in shape. There’s no point in doing that. As long as you’re doing SOMETHING to get that lovely heart beat of yours going, you’ll be just fine. Now GO HAVE FUN.
